So I've again fallen back to be hopelessly inactive to the point of not checking or keeping up with Poly at all. I'm sensing some issues here.

I've... kind of lost my muse for Poly, at least for some time, I think. I need some time to figure out what to do, if I'm going to drop or what, so I'm thinking I'll claim hiatus for December. I'm sorry, everyone. Taking hiatus has never been this hard. Wtf, self?

I am very proud to announce the reopening of the tea shop!

We've all worked so hard at restoring all that we lost in the fire, and I still find myself awed by the strenght of the Edensphere community. Together, are able to rise from the ashes. Literally.

I only hope that no matter what new trials we face, we'll be able to keep strong and look after not only our friends and loved ones, but our neighbors as well. That we'll keep being an united front.

I have faith in all of us.

As a little morale boost, this week the tea shop will offer free sweets with each cup of tea! It's not much, but we all need a little pick-me-up now and then.

HELLO EVERYONE, this is Debs with her third character - Feldt Grace from Gundam 00. She's a tiny pink haired girl that's really good with machines and all that cool stuff, but not so good with the whole social thing. Growing up in an organization like Celestial Being could probably easily do that to a person, though. ANYWAY, she'll be coming in post S1, but some time before S2 starts. \o

Reports say the barrier around the City is breaking in places. Mostly at the perimeters of the island itself. People, myself included, doubt that what we see beyond it can be anything good or believable - especially when it shows us something like home.

But I live in the City proper and there's a rip in the barrier in my apartment.

I've gone home before. I know what it looks like. This feels right.

... I didn't push that button to make the trade, but it looks like I didn't have to, after all.

[A long, breathless pause; Holly doesn't know what to say.]

Three years here and I finally started to think this place felt like... like a home. [Quite chuckle.] That probably means it's time to go.

I never thought I would do this.

Ever. Ever.

But when writing up even a simple entry becomes a struggle, you know it's time, I guess. Holly Short was my second character in poly, but I've had her the longest - three years, my God - and she's been my favourite. She's had the most amazing time here, the greatest friends and interactions a player could ever dream of, crazy plots, hilarity and just... to think I'm making this post in tldr is really, really hard.

My police elf has been through a lot, here. Cycles of very good friends leaving for good and having to rebuild from that, but I think this time it's too hard for her and too hard for me, too, and I think it's finally time for her to go home and save her own world again.

I am especially sorry to the police force, because I know how in shambles things are now and Holly didn't do much in the way of helping that. RL craziness and losing a hold on her character didn't help, and I'm really sorry.

Maybe, if poly is still around when Eoin Colfer makes good with his promise of writing another Artemis Fowl book in three years or so, Holly will come back.

But for now...

This is a little delayed, but hey.

I am off hiatus now and bringing back Angel and Lyle! I'll post with both of them tomorrow or the next day (well, one of them will be posting tomorrow, but maybe not both). /o/

I realized that I should probably post this one up now.

It's finals time for me and I am determined to study my rear off to do well this semester and avoid failing anything. Since I will have only two exam days next week (7th and 12th) I'm calling a semi-hiatus or slow-atus until the 12th. After that my exams are much to close together so I will be upgrading to a full hiatus until the 17th.

Time: Semi-hiatus - December 6th to 12th
Full hiatus - December 13th to 17th.

What these means for Poly: I will be tagging very little and very slowly during the hiatus. I will also only be posting on the 12th and maybe the15th. I don't plan on posting for any other curses or days unless absolutely necessary. If anyone has any plots or things they would need either of my characters for, email me at bloodyblackroze@gmail.com. I'll check it randomly throughout the hiatus.

The walls in the place aren't what they used to be, apparently don't stand up to the type of wear and tear your five fearless and crayons-in-hand leaders inflict on them. Material like this wasn't designed to handle so much abuse, let alone constant scribbling on the paint and wallpaper.

And what is that? That doesn't even look like a mountain.
